Does this program only apply to physicians?

No. In addition to MDs and DOs, dentists (DDS, DMD) and veterinarians (DVM) qualify under the Residents, Fellows, PAs, CNPs, CRNAs, and Pharmacists track, as well as the Staff and Self-Employed track.

What is the difference between the two program tracks?

The Residents, Fellows, PAs, CNPs, CRNAs, and Pharmacists track is designed for those just starting out, with financing up to $500,000. The Staff and Self-Employed track is for established medical professionals, with financing up to $1,000,000. Both offer the same no-down-payment, no-PMI structure.
