Journey Bank will never contact you and ask for "sensitive personal financial information" such as account number, PIN, or password. If you receive a phone call, e-mail, or text asking for "sensitive personal financial information" for your Journey Bank accounts, please do not respond. Hang up or delete it immediately, and notify our Customer Support Department at (570) 784-1660 if you provided your information.
