How do I get my employer to directly deposit my paycheck into my Journey Bank account?
Provide your employer with our routing number (031305936) and your account number.
I just got a text about my debit card. Is it valid?
It may be. Our debit card processor monitors your transactions and assigns a ‘fraud score’ to each one. If the fraud score is high for any reason (for example, it is out of character for you, it is overseas, there are multiple transactions one after another at the same merchant, etc.), they may text or call you to make sure it was you.
The text will ask you if you authorized the transaction. If you recognize it, you can respond “Yes.” Your card will be unblocked.
If you respond “No,” the bank will call you during business banking hours to discuss ordering you another card and helping you with any necessary dispute. If you are unsure about a text, contact the bank. Do not provide your information to anyone if you are unsure.
