FRAUD ALERT: SCAM CALLS SPOOFING JOURNEY BANK
We have received multiple reports of customers getting phone calls that appear to come from Journey Bank’s main number (570-784-1660). These calls are not from us. Scammers may ask for account details or personal information—please do not share any sensitive information.
The bank will never call you to ask for personal or account details. Use caution with text messages and emails claiming to be from us, and avoid clicking on suspicious links.
What you can do:
- If you receive a call like this, hang up immediately and call us at 570-784-1660 to verify.
- Set up card alerts and controls in your Journey Bank Mobile App.
- Enable account activity alerts in Online Banking under the Administration tab.
- If you ever have concerns about a call, contact us directly. Stay cautious and protect your accounts.

We upgraded the Journey Bank Mobile Banking App. Here are some of the key improvements you now have:
Modern: Our Mobile Banking App received a new look and feel, built with a simplistic design to enhance your experience.
Secure: Login and authentication functionality was enhanced to provide better security.
Customer-focused: The Mobile Banking App now features improved money movement capabilities, better account views, and a more streamlined transaction experience.
If you had “automatic app updates” enabled in your settings, the new version updated automatically. If your app did not update automatically, it needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
